Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Education may substitute for experience per JHU policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee alumni engagement strategies and programs.
• Lead events, communications, and relationships with alumni to support institutional goals.
• Manage and direct volunteer leadership groups and committees.
• Represent the DOFF and Johns Hopkins University at various functions.
• Identify, recruit, train, steward, and recognize alumni volunteers.
• Engage alumni groups and organizations for growth and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate alumni records in the DAR CRM and analyze data for leadership reports.
• Lead and manage special projects and annual events for SDS.
