Johns Hopkins University invites applications for the Sr. Associate Director of Engagement, Krieger School of Arts & Sciences, to oversee volunteer strategy and donor discovery and to lead development programs that engage alumni and donors.

The role directs SDS and coordinates events, committees, and communications while aligning with school priorities and advancing fundraising goals across DAR and KSAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and volunteers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee alumni engagement programs and events.
• Lead programs and committees; supervise volunteers and staff.
• Represent the DOFF and Johns Hopkins University at various functions.
• Identify, recruit, train, steward, and recognize alumni volunteers.
• Plan two semi-annual hybrid meetings and up to three annual SDS events.
