Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Director, RGM OBPPC Occasions to lead NAOU's total-portfolio occasion strategy. You will identify priority consumer and shopper occasions, translate them into implications for brands, packages, channels, and assortment, and partner across functions to design occasion-led pilots and learning playbooks.

You'll drive annual and multi-year planning, quantify growth opportunities, and enable cross-functional teams with framework and guardrails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other Advanced Degree preferred.
• Approximately 8 or more years of relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, OBPPC, portfolio strategy, category management, consumer or shopper insights, or commercial strategy required

Responsibilities

• Lead NAOU’s total-portfolio occasion framework and taxonomy across consumer and shopper need states, physical and digital channels, outlets, customers, and geographies.
• Identify and prioritize occasions NAOU should win, quantify opportunity pools, and define category/brand/package/assortment/channel roles.
• Develop a one- to three-year occasion roadmap linking opportunity ID, need states, channel dynamics, and pilots across the total portfolio.
• Translate occasion opportunities into strategic guardrails for category and eCommerce OBPPC teams.
• Provide occasion insights, analytics, and opportunity mapping to identify growth, whitespace, and risks versus plan.
