Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development to own long-horizon growth through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and capital planning. You will evaluate opportunities, build models, and lead diligence, working with senior leadership to optimize value and risk.

The role emphasizes strategic finance and transaction execution in a rapidly scaling business within the radiopharmaceutical space, with regular travel to TerraPower Isotopes facilities and partner sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in corporate development or related fields.
• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or medical devices is highly preferred.
• Proven ownership of transactions from origination to close, with valuation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and screen M&A, partnerships, licensing, and strategic opportunities.
• Lead financial and commercial due diligence, integrating multiple workstreams.
• Structure deal terms, governance, and negotiate through signing.
• Prepare board materials and present recommendations with clarity.
• Develop long-range capital plans and financing strategies.
• Track market trends in alpha therapy and radiopharmaceuticals.
