TerraPower LLC in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Senior Associate to support its rapidly growing commercial development activities. You will work across commercial and business development teams on capital markets, fundraising, offtake arrangements, and competitive positioning to forecast capex, revenue opportunities, and fundraising needs.

A successful candidate translates deep technical abilities into clear presentations for senior management to inform critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of investment banking, corporate fundraising, project finance, venture capital or private equity experience
• MBA preferred
• Experience with large infrastructure finance, corporate finance, project finance, or fundraising for advanced technologies
• Technically adept with internal collaboration on plans, financial models, and cash flow scenarios
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior management and external stakeholders
• Strong quantitative background to support business planning and scenario analysis
• Ability to work with minimum direction and foster teamwork

Responsabilités

• Support capital raise efforts with financial modeling, commercial strategy and due diligence
• Support project financing for nuclear projects and medical isotope facilities
• Prepare and lead presentations on project structuring aligned with TerraPower’s strategy
• Manage fundraising efforts under CFO and VP, Commercial Development
• Support corporate strategy development to identify TerraPower’s target markets
• Collaborate with reactor and medical isotopes divisions on market dynamics and growth
• Communicate findings concisely to senior leadership and external partners
• Lead small teams and manage external advisors and internal teams in fundraising efforts
