Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work within the TPI Project Office and carry a dual mandate: help build the Project Office itself while directly delivering the project work of TPI's engineering, technology, and R&D functions.

As TPI scales its actinium-225 production capability, this role is central to standing up the frameworks, controls, and tooling that will govern how work is planned, resourced, measured, and delivered across the enterprise—and to

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related discipline from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of project management experience with strong project controls (scheduling, cost, earned value, change control).
• Experience building or standing up a PMO, project controls function, or similar framework.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tooling (Confluence and Jira) and scheduling platforms (Primavera P6).
• Experience in regulated/high-compliance environments (pharma, nuclear, aerospace).
• PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive project scope with engineering, R&D, and operations leaders.
• Architect governance, project controls, and portfolio disciplines for the future Project Office.
• Deliver projects in a highly regulated setting with limited direction.
