Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive leadership in program development, strategy, or operations within manufacturing or construction environments.
• Strong expertise in strategic growth planning, program/product development, commercialization strategy, DfMA, and integrated financial modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Visionary and pragmatic leader with a track record of delivering sustainable growth through innovation and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Drive enterprise-wide strategy for new program development across Modular Products and oversee business case development and governance of large initiatives.
• Market and Portfolio Expansion: Identify new markets and product families, conduct analyses, and develop multi-year expansion plans balancing growth and profitability.
• Operating Model and Financial Design: Architect scalable operating models, develop cost and capital frameworks, and ensure disciplined growth.
• Workforce and Supply Chain Strategy: Plan talent and supplier readiness to support multi-market expansion and regional incentives.
• Executive Collaboration and Governance: Advise senior leadership, lead stage-gate reviews, and track value creation and risk.
