Job summary

McKinstry in its Offsite Manufacturing division seeks a Sr. Director, New Program Development to lead the creation, launch, and scaling of new modular programs across data centers, DER, and mission-critical markets.

This role can sit in Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, Seattle, WA or Spokane, WA, and will drive cross-functional alignment and capital strategies. You will translate strategic vision into multi-year growth plans, optimize operating models, and ensure financial viability while partnering with

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive leadership in program development, strategy, or operations within manufacturing or construction environments.
• Experience scaling industrialized or prefabricated solutions.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategy for new program development across Modular Products, guiding evaluation and execution of high-impact opportunities.
• Oversee business case development, commercialization roadmaps, and governance of large-scale initiatives.
• Direct multi-year expansion plans, balancing growth, profitability, and risk across regional and national opportunities.
• Architect scalable program and product operating models, integrating supply chain, engineering, and operations.
