McKinstry is seeking a Sr. Director, New Program Development in the Offsite Manufacturing division.

This role can sit in Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, Seattle, WA or Spokane, WA and will lead the creation, launch and scaling of new modular programs. You will drive market validation, product design, operating model optimization and long‑term commercialization, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial viability and strategic alignment with the company’s 2030 vision.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in leadership for program development, strategy, or operations in manufacturing/construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience scaling industrialized or prefabricated solutions with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide strategy for new program development and governance.
• Lead market and portfolio expansion with multi-year growth plans.
• Architect scalable operating models and financial design for programs.
• Champion workforce and supply chain strategies to support expansion.
