• 18+ years of progressive leadership in program development, strategy, or operations in manufacturing or construction.
• Proven success in scaling industrialized or prefabricated solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Lead market and portfolio expansion with multi‑year plans balancing growth and risk.
