The role drives strategy, market validation, product design, and capital planning to achieve the company’s 2030 vision. Responsibilities include guiding cross‑functional teams, shaping governance, and delivering viable programs with strong financials.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive leadership in program development, strategy, or operations within manufacturing or construction environments.
• Strong expertise in strategic growth planning, program/product development, commercialization strategy, DfMA, and integrated financial modeling.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Visionary yet pragmatic leader with track record of sustainable growth through innovation and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise‑wide strategy for new program development across Modular Products and supervise high‑impact opportunities.
• Lead market and competitive analyses to identify new markets and product families for multi‑year expansion.
• Architect scalable operating models and financial frameworks to enable disciplined growth.
• Champion workforce strategies and supplier readiness to support multi‑market expansion.
• Govern stage‑gate reviews and report progress to senior leadership with value/risk metrics.
