Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement Execution, NA, to lead equipment procurement, OFCI management, and strategic sourcing for North America. The role partners with Finance, Operations and Engineering to optimize costs, drive supplier collaboration, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple data center projects.

The successful candidate will guide executive-level decision making, manage a team of 3–5, and travel 25% to project sites and manufacturers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management or similar field is required.
• 12+ years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or construction role.
• Strong business acumen and strong commercial background.
• Ability to autonomously present technical data to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for NA procurement, logistics, OFCI, and sourcing functions.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, contract execution and risk management.
• Oversee procurement reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics for visibility at the executive level.
• Manage a team of procurement professionals and drive scalable processes across NA portfolio.
• Collaborate with Finance, Construction, Engineering, Operations and Legal to deliver cost optimization and supply chain resiliency.
