Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Ashburn, VA team. The role focuses on OFCI equipment, submittals, vendor coordination, and ensuring specifications align with our construction schedules.

You will support procurement managers and finance, manage contracts, track budgets, and drive project milestones with internal teams and external vendors. A strong background in construction or data-center procurement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3+ years in a supply chain or construction role.
• Experience with data center, commercial, or industrial equipment.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
• Ability to learn quickly and drive tasks to closure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity of specifications and requirements.
• Support open communication with project teams for delivery success.
• Negotiate complex equipment/services with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage equipment inventory planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling for start-up and commissioning.
• Maintain supplier relationships and develop procurement reports.
