Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support OFCI equipment procurement for data center construction. The role involves handling specifications, vendor coordination, and submittals, with travel to factories for testing and onboarding new vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in supply chain/construction, plus familiarity with RFIs/RFQs and procurement processes. A strong commercial mindset and ability to drive tasks to closure are essential.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a supply chain and/or construction role is required.
Data Center, commercial, or industrial equipment experience is strongly preferred.
Aptitude to learn quickly and drive things to closure is required.
Strong business acumen with a strong commercial background is required.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity of equipment specifications and operational requirements.
Work with Finance, Accounting, and Construction Project Management teams to cost purchases to a project.
Coordinate approval and onsite delivery of equipment per construction schedule.
Support Design Engineering in investigating new products and vendors.
Communicate openly with Construction Project Management teams for delivery success.
Assist in inventory planning, negotiation, PO issuance, and forecasting.
