Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC seeks a Procurement Analyst to join the team responsible for OFCI equipment and procurement activities. You will manage vendor relationships, review specifications, and ensure adherence to company processes while supporting project teams across construction and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction science, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a supply chain and/or construction role.
• Data Center, commercial, or industrial equipment experience is strongly preferred.
• Aptitude to learn quickly and drive things to closure.
• Strong business acumen with a strong commercial background.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement team to meet goals and review single line diagrams and product specifications.
• Drive OFCI Equipment submittals to closure (approval) and coordinate with OFCI vendors for quality improvements.
• Analyze vendor quotes, change orders, and submittals; optimize costs while maintaining quality/reliability.
• Utilize financial software to enter POs, review invoices, track budgets, and allocate equipment to projects.
• Support inventory planning and project financial closeout; coordinate scheduling for start-up and commissioning services.
