Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group seeks a National Director of Transportation to lead multimodal operations, optimize cost and service, and ensure cold-chain integrity across the enterprise. You will own freight strategy, oversee a rail fleet, and drive OTIF improvements while guiding 3PLs, carriers, and budgets.

You’ll collaborate with finance and planning to sustain growth, manage risk, and deliver on-time in-full performance with a strong emphasis on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transportation/logistics with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience across truckload, LTL, intermodal/rail, and drayage.
• Strong budgeting, vendor negotiation, and KPI governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national transportation strategy across multiple modes.
• Lead OTIF governance and cross-functional improvement programs.
• Build and manage the transportation budget and freight-rate outlook.
• Spearhead carrier/3PL relationships, bids, and master service agreements.
