Tropicana Brands Group seeks a National Director of Transportation to lead all freight across the enterprise in a hybrid role based in the Chicago area. You will own a multimodal network, oversee rail, ocean, and road transport, and optimize cost, service, and cold-chain integrity.

You will manage a national transportation organization, build budgets, lead carrier sourcing and MSAs, and drive OTIF and risk management across planning, warehousing, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related field.
• MBA or professional certification (APICS/CSCMP) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national transportation strategy across multiple modes.
• Own OTIF and delivery compliance across the enterprise.
• Lead budget planning, freight procurement, and vendor management.
• Oversee carrier partnerships, 3PL relationships, and performance reviews.
• Drive safety, compliance, and risk management in transportation.
