Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing domestic and international transportation networks.
• Strong experience with transportation systems and analytics platforms (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive transportation strategy for domestic and international operations.
• Lead strategy and operations for LTL, FTL, Intermodal, Parcel, Ocean, and Air.
• Oversee transportation procurement, carrier sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Drive network optimization, cost efficiency, and service improvements.
• Build executive relationships with transportation providers and lead KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Distribution Ops, Inventory Planning, Finance, and IT.
