2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multifamily management, seeks an Associate Vice President to lead a Missouri portfolio. Based in St. Louis, this role oversees operations, financial performance, marketing, and team development, with periodic travel to Kansas City.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in property management, a Bachelor's in Business or related field, CAM or CAPS preferred, and a proven track record of delivering resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of progressive property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or related field (preferred).
• CAM or CAPS certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of assigned residential communities.
• Ensure properties operate efficiently per policies and owner expectations.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing, and resident retention metrics.
