Job summary

RBM Partners is seeking an Area Manager in Florissant, MO to lead a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Missouri. The role partners with Property Managers to drive occupancy, revenue, and service quality, while coaching onsite teams and ensuring operational standards.

You will monitor financial performance, maintain market awareness, and coordinate budgeting and vendor relationships to uphold RBM standards and drive portfolio success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with budgeting, financial reports, leasing, collections, and vendor oversight.
• Proficiency with AppFolio or comparable property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Property Managers and onsite teams to drive operational performance.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, collections, delinquency, and resident retention.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for portfolio performance.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract compliance, and service quality.
