Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager for its Central/West St. Louis County multifamily portfolio. You will lead onsite teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across multiple communities.

The role emphasizes coaching, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver superior resident service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of multi-family housing regional property management experience.
• Experience supervising 30+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance with Asset Manager and drive NOI growth.
• Coach and develop onsite teams to deliver excellent service.
• Lead budgeting, renewals, leasing, and rent growth strategies.
• Review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Address resident concerns and escalate legal issues as needed.
