Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily, to support on-site operations and drive resident satisfaction across our communities in the Raymore area.

You will assist the Property Manager with budgeting, leasing, marketing, and staff supervision, ensuring a market-ready, service-oriented community and strong performance across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ years of Management experience
• Experience with leasing, marketing, budgeting and reporting preferred
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of community in a fast-paced environment
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and vendor management
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards
• Track advertising and traffic to optimize leasing opportunities
• Support on-site team and enforce Cushman & Wakefield policies
• Interview, hire and coach staff; maintain resident files
• Maintain a positive living environment and resolve conflicts promptly
• Manage overall community budget and financials
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals
