Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Hartford, CT seeks a Senior Manager, Plant Manager to drive overall plant performance, EHS, and P&L ownership for the Clutches & Brakes division. The site employs ~180 associates and generates about $70 million in revenue.

You will lead a cross-functional team, champion the Regal Rexnord Business System, and push continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while shaping the organization’s vision and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in manufacturing.
• 5+ years’ experience leading manufacturing teams with tangible results.
• Strong knowledge of Lean with proven success using 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Kanban, FMEA and problem solving.
• Solid financial and operational management to support demand/supply.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations, facilities, planning, purchasing and materials management.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth with a high cadence review process.
• Develop and grow the plant leadership team and align to long-term objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across value streams and kaizen events.
• Manage budgets, capital investments and cross-site collaboration.
