Insight Global is seeking a Director of Data & AI to lead enterprise data strategy, analytics, and AI initiatives. You will partner with executives and technical teams to modernize data capabilities, govern models, and build high-performing teams that accelerate digital transformation.

This role defines long-term strategy, deploys enterprise analytics and ML/AI solutions, and ensures governance, security, and responsible AI practices. Location: Southfield, MI; on-site.

Qualifications

8+ years in data analytics/AI with leadership experience.
Enterprise-scale analytics and AI delivery experience.
Knowledge of data architecture, cloud platforms, and AI/ML lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term data, analytics, and AI strategy.
Lead enterprise analytics, ML, and AI solution delivery.
Partner with business leaders to prioritize data and AI investments.
Establish and oversee governance, model lifecycle, and security.
