Job summary

Dayforce seeks a Sr. Director, Enterprise Data and AI Platform to define strategy and lead delivery of our data, AI, and contextual intelligence capabilities. You will guide architecture for enterprise data foundations on Microsoft Fabric and Azure, and build an Enterprise Context Layer and Agentic AI platform.

The role leads a global team of data, AI platform, and engineering professionals, partnering with multiple business functions to accelerate analytics, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise data, AI platform, or engineering teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale data and AI transformations with budgets and vendors.
• Executive communication and strong cross-functional partnership.
• Expertise in Azure, Microsoft Fabric, data lakes, BI tools, and semantic modeling.
• Knowledge of SAFe and agile governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term strategy for Enterprise Data Foundation and AI Platform.
• Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise data, semantic models, and knowledge layers.
• Oversee large-scale cross-functional data engineering and AI initiatives.
• Establish enterprise AI platform strategy, MLOps, and governance standards.
