TTEC Digital seeks a Director – Data Architect to lead Data & AI architecture across Microsoft Azure, Fabric, and Databricks in Austin. You will guide modernization roadmaps, set governance patterns, and ensure secure, scalable data platforms enabling Analytics and Generative AI.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in data architectures, deep Microsoft stack experience, and strong executive communication to drive client outcomes. This role supports remote collaboration with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of technology experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud, analytics, and architecture.
• 5+ years in architecture or senior technical leadership delivering large-scale data solutions.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure and data modernization roadmaps.
• Executive communication and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Data & AI architecture advisor to client stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops translating business needs into Microsoft Data & AI architectures.
• Guide architecture decisions across Fabric, Azure Databricks, or integrated architectures.
• Communicate trade-offs, risks, costs, and recommendations to executives.
• Support presales activities including proposals and statements of work.
• Collaborate with Microsoft architects and account teams on opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership while maintaining hands-on depth.
