Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design of data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Azure services.

You will act as the Solution Orchestrator for data-centric projects, driving architecture and engineering of scalable data solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will partner with sales, governance, and AI architects to deliver end-to-end data architectures, ML-ready pipelines, and real-time analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale data solutions.
• Strong presales experience, with a focus on data architecture and engineering.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solution architectures.
• Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate current environments and modernization opportunities.
• Create comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates.
• Lead the development of SOWs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with client needs.
• Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing offerings.
