Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Senior Director, Digital Workplace to lead Microsoft Services, aligning Work IQ investments with client outcomes across collaboration, identity, and endpoint platforms.

You will oversee a multi-discipline team, drive adoption, security, and measurable value for enterprise customers, and partner with sales, engineering, and Microsoft field teams to grow revenue and solve complex workplace challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services.
• 5+ years leading managers, directors, or multi-discipline delivery leaders.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot, Entra, Intune, Windows 365, endpoint security, tenant migrations, and adoption/change management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for SHI's Digital Workplace within Microsoft Services.
• Lead and develop managers and practice leaders across Collaboration, Workplace Platform, and Change Management.
• Drive delivery excellence, adoption outcomes, and client value realization across multiple workstreams.
• Grow Digital Workplace services revenue through strategic pursuits and repeatable offerings.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, AI + Infrastructure, and Managed Services to shape opportunities.
