Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15 years in Quality, Regulatory, Safety or Commercial Compliance in MedTech or agency environments.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Global team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IQVIA stakeholders to develop offerings for QARA and Compliance.
• Expand engagement with C-suite and decision-makers.
• Lead adoption of integrated solutions selling strategies across tech, consulting and services.
• Develop marketplace analysis to identify opportunities and quantify trends.
• Provide best-practice advice throughout the sales cycle and lead marketing plans.
