Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Strategic Operations Director for MedTech RDS to partner with the VP and GM to drive strategic priorities, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across the business.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and execution leader, aligning business strategy with M&A activities, growth initiatives, and daily operations. You will oversee executive operating rhythms, governance, dashboards, and transformation programs to accelerate performance and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development and execution of annual strategic plans and multi-year growth strategies.
• Coordinate strategic planning across functional and regional leadership.
• Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability against objectives.
• Develop business cases for new growth opportunities and allocate resources accordingly.
• Support portfolio optimization and integration activities for M&A.
