Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Director of Capital Sales (South Central), OTTAVA, to lead field-based sales across multiple states. You will build and lead a capital sales team, drive strategies, and partner with hospital executives to expand robotic surgery programs.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, deep healthcare sales knowledge, and travel up to 80% domestically to grow the OTTAVA business across the South Central region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with complex medical capital equipment.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically.

Responsabilités

• Manage South Central Capital Sales goals and revenue forecasts.
• Deliver OTTAVA Capital Sales strategy to grow profitable volume.
• Lead a high-performing, inclusive sales team and develop leaders.
• Drive talent development and Credo-driven leadership.
• Build relationships with hospital executives and opinion leaders.
• Ensure healthcare compliance and ethical conduct.
• Develop partnerships to boost J&J presence in the space.
• Provide weekly reports on KPI, SMART goals, and funnel.
• Oversee opportunities in the sales pipeline with the OTTAVA GM.
• Support marketing and sales tactics to raise brand awareness.
