Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Director of Capital Sales (South Central) for OTTAVA, a field-based leadership role spanning multiple states. You will build capital selling capabilities, lead an expanding team, and drive market penetration in a fast-growth robotics segment.

A pre-identified candidate exists, but all applications are reviewed. The role requires strong leadership, strategic selling, and deep experience with capital equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with complex medical capital equipment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Travel up to 80% domestic.

Responsabilités

• Owns South Central Capital Sales goals and revenue forecasts.
• Delivers Capital Sales strategy for OTTAVA Platform to drive profitable growth.
• Leads a high-performing, inclusive capital sales organization.
• Develops strong relationships with hospital executives and opinion leaders.
• Ensures compliance and ethical standards across the organization.
• Maintains weekly SMART goals, KPI tracking, and funnel management.
• Manages opportunities in the sales pipeline with OTTAVA GM.
• Supports marketing and sales tactics to boost OTTAVA brand awareness.
