Job summary

Epsilon, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Senior Director, Product Marketing – MarTech to shape the go-to-market strategy for our marketing technology suite, including clean rooms, CDPs, loyalty and email platforms.

You will coach a team of product marketers and partner with Product, Sales, Marketing and Senior Leadership across Epsilon and Publicis Groupe to translate complex tech into buyer-centric narratives that drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the MarTech space.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team of marketers.
• Solid technical grounding in MarTech solutions (clean rooms, CDPs, loyalty, and email platforms) with the ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to leadership, cross‑functional partners, and global collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM strategy for Epsilon’s MarTech suite and coach a team of product marketers.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Senior Leadership across Epsilon and Publicis Groupe.
• Synthesize complex technical capabilities into buyer-centric narratives that drive revenue.
