Responsibilities

• External facing: Consult with clients to identify business problems and develop analytics roadmaps with measurable impact.
• Lead consumer segmentation and audience identification.
• Advise on audience strategy, measurement, and advanced analytics; share POVs on industry changes.
• Develop and execute measurement plans; adjust based on learnings; tell data stories.
• Identify growth opportunities and adoption of new analytics technologies.
• Provide ad hoc support to clients for strategic marketing problems.
• Lead and mentor direct reports with career growth and skills development.
• Internal facing: Partner with Planning and Investment teams on budget setting, plan development, and optimization.
• Recruit new talent; mentor team; ensure ongoing development.
• Stay ahead of industry trends via research, training, and events.
