Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Nashville seeks a Senior Director to lead Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence engagements, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and delivering rigorous, value-driven analyses for buy-side and sell-side mandates.

You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive deal outcomes with deep US GAAP knowledge, a base salary around $225,000 plus a discretionary bonus program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related major.
• CPA certification or in the process of obtaining one

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor all levels of employees.
• Handle personnel matters with employees effectively, including difficult career counseling situations.
• Effectively lead the team in conversations with clients and lenders.
• Manage and prioritize engagements and responsibilities appropriately.
• Effectively handles all relationship matters with clients, with limited Managing Director involvement.
• Lead the Quality of Earnings, P&L and Working Capital analyses.
• Generate a full due diligence report.
• Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
