Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Boston seeks a Senior Director to lead transaction advisory and financial due diligence across buy-side and sell-side engagements. You will mentor teams and drive analyses of earnings quality, cash flows, and working capital.

You will guide engagements with clients and lenders, manage multiple projects, and develop creative solutions to transaction risks in a fast-paced environment. Competitive base salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top firm.
• US GAAP, SEC reporting and purchase accounting knowledge.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and client communication ability.
• Proven project management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor all levels of employees on engagements.
• Lead team discussions with clients and lenders and manage multiple projects.
• Identify risks and develop strategies; generate full due diligence reports.
• Oversee QOE, P&L and working capital analyses and cross-sell services.
