Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Director for Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence to lead buy-side and sell-side engagements across industries in Nashville and beyond. You will guide teams, ensure rigor in QOE and cash-flow analyses, and deliver clear client insights on deal value and risk.

You will mentor professionals, manage complex engagements, and deepen client relationships while advancing A&M’s integrated due diligence capabilities and cross-service expertise.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and/or related major.
• CPA or in the process of obtaining one.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.

Mansioni

• Counsel and mentor Associates, Senior Associates and Managers.
• Lead the team in conversations with clients and lenders.
• Manage and prioritize team responsibilities and consult with Managing Directors and senior members of the team as appropriate.
• Oversee all aspects of deals with limited guidance from Managing Directors.
• Manage multiple chargeable and non-chargeable projects of varying size and complexity.
• Identify potential transaction risks and implement strategies to address risks.
• Generate a full due diligence report.
• Lead the Quality of Earnings, P&L and Working Capital analyses.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding engagement matters.
• Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
