Alvarez & Marsal in Atlanta seeks a Senior Director in Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence to lead buy-side and sell-side engagements. You will drive quality of earnings analyses, cash flow reviews, working capital assessments, and coordination with management teams and lenders.

The role requires at least 10 years in financial due diligence, CPA or in progress, and strong US GAAP knowledge. You will mentor staff, manage multiple engagements, and help expand TAG's market share across

Competenze

• A minimum of 10 years of financial accounting due diligence experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related major.
• CPA or in the process of obtaining one.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Flexibility to work as both a team member and individual contributor.
