Job summary

Park State Bank seeks a senior leader to oversee Loan Operations, including servicing, systems, and scanning teams. This role will shape loan product offerings, drive strategy with the CCO, and ensure excellence in client service and regulatory compliance.

You will direct reporting teams, guide system enhancements, and partner with IT, lending, credit, and compliance to optimize operations and support growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of banking/loan operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations, banking systems, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on loan growth strategies and implement new loan products/services.
• Ensure regulatory timeframes and SLAs are met; oversee corrective actions and notifications.
• Coordinate loan-related audits and regulatory examinations; address findings and implement changes.
• Improve processes, policies, and procedures to enhance client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of loan reports for Board and audits.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead product/system implementations with loan tech providers.
• Assess staffing and workflows to ensure capacity and efficiency.
• Lead loan conversions during bank acquisitions with data migration and readiness.
