Job summary

Park State Bank seeks a Head of Loan Operations to provide vision and leadership for Loan Servicing, Loan System Analysts, and Loan Scanning teams. You will spearhead new loan products, ensure regulatory compliance, and align operations with the bank’s strategy in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the Chief Credit Officer to drive growth, client service excellence, and efficient operations, while guiding a team of professionals and coordinating with IT, lenders, and compliance

Qualifications

• Five+ years in banking loan operations or credit services management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and risk management.
• Excellent communication with executives, auditors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lending staff to execute loan growth strategies and implement new loan products.
• Ensure regulatory timeframes and SLAs are met; oversee corrective actions and timely case resolution.
• Coordinate loan-related audit requests; ensure accurate information is provided and follow-ups completed.
• Improve processes, policies, and procedures to enhance client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of loan reports for Board and regulatory needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead product/system enhancements with loan tech providers.
• Evaluate staffing and workflows to ensure capacity and efficiency.
• Lead loan conversions during bank acquisitions with accurate data migration and readiness.
• Provide leadership for loan systems and technologies, promoting data integrity and system controls.
