Job summary

Park State Bank seeks a Head of Loan Operations to oversee loan servicing, systems analysis, and scanning teams in Minnesota. You will shape product and service offerings, align with the Chief Credit Officer, and drive growth, client service distinction, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage audits and vendor relationships, and guide system implementations and data migrations during acquisitions to ensure operational readiness and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• 10+ years in financial services operations or loan operations management.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead loan operations including servicing, systems analysis, and scanning teams.
• Align loan operations with strategic goals with the CCO.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new loan products and services.
• Ensure regulatory timelines and SLAs; manage corrective actions.
• Oversee loan-related audits, examinations, and findings.
• Improve processes, policies, and client experience for efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver loan reports for Board and regulators.
• Manage vendor relationships for loan products and systems.
• Plan staffing, workflows, and acquisitions-related loan conversions.
