Job summary

Park State Bank is seeking a Head of Loan Operations in Minnesota to lead Loan Servicing, Loan System Analysts, and Loan Scanning teams. You will set vision, strategy, and oversee product and service enhancements across loan operations to achieve growth and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with the Chief Credit Officer to align initiatives with the bank's strategic goals, manage staff, and drive excellence in client service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years in financial service operations or equivalent.
• 5+ years in banking, loan operations or credit services management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead loan growth strategies and evaluate new loan products.
• Ensure regulatory timelines and compliance; oversee corrective actions.
• Coordinate loan-related audits and regulatory examinations.
• Improve processes to enhance client experience and efficiency.
• Oversee loan reports for Board and audits.
• Manage vendor relationships with loan technology providers.
