Job summary

Park State Bank seeks a Head of Loan Operations to provide vision and leadership across Loan Servicing, Loan System Analysts, and Loan Scanning teams. You will drive loan product enhancements, align with the CCO, and ensure growth, client service excellence, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and collaboration with IT, lenders, credit, and vendors to optimize system performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and/or 10+ years of experience in financial service operations or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible banking, loan operations, or credit services management experience, including experience managing teams and operational functions.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations, banking systems, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability to use operational and financial information to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lending staff to execute the Bank’s loan growth strategies and lead new product/service implementations.
• Ensure regulatory timelines and SLAs are met; oversee corrective actions, fee reversals, and customer notifications.
• Coordinate loan-related audit/regulatory requests; oversee findings and corrective actions.
