Qualifications

• BA/BS in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• 10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs, PS regulatory/compliance, patient journey development.
• Ability to work independently with oversight and manage workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven revenue generation with existing clients and account growth.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to 33%.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while managing expectations.
• Serve as trusted advisor contributing to client business development strategy.
• Develop business with new buyers leveraging industry connections and guideshouse solutions.
• Identify and evaluate risk for Guidehouse and client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and durations, ensuring quality and value.
• Mentor and develop Guidehouse personnel.
