Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Life Sciences Strategy & Transformation Consultant in the US to partner with clients across pharma, biotech and medical devices to deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory solutions.

You will work with senior leaders to develop actionable strategies, manage client engagements, and mentor junior staff while supporting opportunities to expand relationships and add-on services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• Minimum 4 years of prior relevant work or consulting experience with pharma/biotech clients.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Ability to analyze complex information, identify key issues and develop strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Subject matter expertise in Oncology, Data Analytics, Global Market Access and/or Commercial Strategy.
• 2+ years experience managing project team activities (workplan, staffing, deadlines, scope and budget).
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.
• Must be willing to travel to US client sites up to 20%.
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
