Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior leader in Patient Services to grow and manage client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for key client business development strategies. You will identify opportunities, develop new offerings, and oversee multi-project delivery while mentoring team members across engagements.

The role emphasizes strategic design, program implementation, and monitoring services for life sciences clients, with travel up to 33% and strong emphasis on client value and risk

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• 7-10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs, including PS regulatory / compliance issues, patient journey development for specialty medications, and related areas.
• Ability to work independently but with oversight from management; experience in managing components of projects and mentoring others.
• Must possess strong analytical skills (Excel, Access) and leverage data to guide decisions.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to 33% and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while managing client expectations.
• Become the client’s trusted advisor contributing to the key client business development strategy.
• Develop new offerings based on evolving industry needs and team capabilities.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously of varying sizes to ensure quality and value.
• Supervise, mentor and develop Guidehouse personnel and contribute to firm-building activities.
