Job summary

Guidehouse in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced strategy and transformation consultant to grow client relationships, drive business development, and lead multi-project delivery across Life Sciences clients. You will mentor teams, assess risks, and shape offerings with evolving industry needs from the Patient Services leadership team.

The role requires 7–10 years in Life Sciences consulting (pharma/biotech/medical tech), strong analytics, and the ability to travel up to 33% across the US.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• 7-10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or mixed consulting/industry background.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while managing client expectations.
• Serve as trusted advisor contributing to key client business development strategy.
• Identify and evaluate risk for Guidehouse and client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying size and duration with quality control.
• Mentor and develop Guidehouse personnel and contribute to firm-building activities.
