Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Life Sciences Strategy & Transformation professional in the Boston area to lead pricing, value and access engagements for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients. You will work with senior staff on proposals, manage teams across multiple complex projects, and maintain strong client relationships, traveling up to 25% as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s in science or health policy, 5–7 years of consulting or related experience, and deep knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, biomedical engineering, or healthcare policy.
• 5-7 years of transferrable consulting or work experience in value, access, pricing and commercialization strategies.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Excellent communication skills for senior-management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing, value, and access strategies for pharma, biotech, and medical device clients.
• Lead consulting teams on large-scale projects and communicate client deliverables.
• Maintain client relationships and expand opportunities with senior staff.
• Design and communicate strategic recommendations addressing client business questions on value, access, and pricing.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development.
