Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Life Sciences Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join our Life Sciences practice. You will impact pharma, biotech, medical device and diagnostics clients by delivering product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory/compliance solutions across stages from strategy to launch.

You’ll collaborate with clients, manage complex projects, and mentor teammates while traveling to client sites in the US as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• 7–10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• Minimum 5+ years strategy, commercialization and launch experience.
• Experience with solid tumor oncology biopharma commercialization/strategy projects (NSCLC, breast, prostate cancer).
• Ability to manage full projects across multiple workstreams and coach others.
• Excellent written and oral communication; client-ready deliverables (PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to 20%.
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
