Job summary

RTX is seeking a remote Senior Global Benefits Manager to lead non-US programs across Canada and Latin America. You will architect governance, ensure compliance, and partner with US HR and cross‑functional teams to harmonize global benefits.

You will manage vendors, lead RFPs, monitor budgets, and benchmark programs to drive cost‑effective, compliant solutions for globally mobile employees. This is a US-based remote role with global scope.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Minimum 6 years of international benefits experience with strong focus on Canada and/or Latin America (Mexico preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in Canadian provincial programs and/or Mexican statutory and supplemental benefits.
• Experience designing and administering benefits for globally mobile employees, including expatriates, inpatriates, and cross‑border workers.
• Proven ability to operate in a large, global, highly matrixed organization, navigating ambiguity and building governance and operating models where limited infrastructure exists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of non-US benefits programs (insurance, time away, retirement).
• Serve as the regional benefits expert ensuring statutory requirements are met and aligned with global principles.
• Operate in a complex global organization and drive governance models with limited infrastructure.
• Partner with US HR and cross‑functional teams to ensure coordinated governance and budgeting.
• Develop governance frameworks, reporting, and analytics to support regional and global alignment.
